Accounting Specialist

What You'll Be Doing No two weeks are exactly alike, but here's a snapshot of what you'll tackle: Process weekly payroll accurately and on time Manage accounts payable and keep vendor payments running smoothly Perform job costing and support daily accounting activities Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations Maintain organized financial records and banking documentation Support accounting for multiple business entities Assist with financial reviews and work-in-progress (WIP) reporting Help identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency Learn and use Foundation Software (training provided!) What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field 3-5+ years of accounting experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative team Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Foundation Software experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person!
