What You'll Do Welcome and assist customers with their insurance needs. Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person. Learn about insurance products and help customers understand their options. Support the team with customer service, sales, and general office responsibilities. Follow up with customers and prospective clients. Identify opportunities to help customers with additional products and services. Maintain accurate customer information and documentation. Learn agency systems and processes. Work with teammates to achieve individual and agency goals.
