Substitute Secretary (2025-2026 School Year)

2026-2027 School Year Substitute Secretary Position

Pay Rate - $18/hour

All applications will be reviewed by Administration. If selected, you will be contacted for a Virtual Meet & Greet. If recommended for substitute employment, you will receive additional paperwork to complete the application process. Final candidates will be recommended to the Superintendent of Schools for Board approval.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent training
• Good word processing skills
• Good telephone skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Knowledge of automated office equipment and efficient office procedures preferred

Fingerprinting is required for criminal history background clearance.

Essential Function:

To carry out secretarial duties necessary for the smooth and efficient operation of the office. To maintain confidentiality on all student/family and personnel matters. It may become necessary at times for repetitive actions such as typing, filing, lifting, bending and carrying.
