Job Overview

Are you a driven and determined construction sales professional who knows how to identify opportunities, develop accurate estimates, and close deals? All Boro Inc., a leading restoration, remediation, and construction company, is seeking a **General Construction Sales & Estimating Representative** to expand our market presence and grow new business across the Five Boroughs and Long Island.

This is a dynamic field-based position ideal for a motivated “closer” who understands the construction sales process from **initial client contact and site assessment through estimating, proposal development, and closing the sale**.

You’ll build face-to-face relationships, evaluate prospective projects, assist with preparing estimates and scopes of work, and deliver solutions to clients across commercial and residential sectors. As a key member of our Sales & Client Relations team, you’ll promote our brand, generate qualified leads, prepare competitive estimates and proposals, and develop a strong referral network with property managers, insurance agents, adjusters, and other industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

• Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities for restoration and general construction services and convert qualified opportunities into closed business.

Estimating & Project Assessment:

• Conduct job-site visits, assess project requirements, gather measurements and project details, and develop accurate estimates based on labor, materials, scope, and project requirements.

Scope of Work Development:

• Review project needs and develop clear, detailed scopes of work for construction and restoration projects.

Proposal Development:

• Prepare and present competitive estimates, proposals, and pricing to prospective clients while clearly communicating project scope, costs, and value.

Relationship Building:

• Promote All Boro’s services to Housing Authorities, Property Managers, Insurance Adjusters/Agents, Plumbers, Home Inspectors, and other key industry contacts.

Networking:

• Attend industry networking events, join relevant associations, and represent All Boro at trade shows to expand your professional network and generate new opportunities.

Client Meetings:

• Conduct face-to-face client meetings, site visits, and promotional events throughout the assigned territory.

Estimate Follow-Up

• Consistently follow up on outstanding estimates and proposals, answer client questions, negotiate when appropriate, and move opportunities toward closing.

CRM Management:

• Maintain accurate customer information, estimates, sales activities, pipeline tracking, follow-up activities, and sales forecasting within the CRM system.

Collaboration :

• Coordinate closely with estimating, operations, project management, and other internal teams to ensure estimates accurately reflect project requirements and provide a smooth transition from sale to project execution.

Qualifications

Experience :

• 2+ years of successful experience in B2B sales, construction sales, construction estimating, account management, field sales, or a combined sales/estimating role**.

Industry Experience:

• Previous experience within general construction, restoration, remediation, commercial construction, industrial construction, government, or federal projects is strongly preferred.

Estimating Experience:

• Ability to evaluate project requirements, develop estimates, prepare scopes of work, and present proposals to prospective customers.

Construction Knowledge:

• Working knowledge of construction terminology, materials, labor requirements, measurements, and project scopes with the ability to identify potential project costs and requirements.

Xactimate :

• Familiarity with Xactimate is preferred but not required. Candidates with relevant construction estimating experience who are willing to learn Xactimate will be considered, and training can be provided for the right candidate.

Sales Ability:

• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build relationships, present proposals, negotiate, and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Communication:

• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and networking skills with the confidence to interact directly with clients and industry professionals.

Self-Starter:

• Highly motivated and comfortable managing a field-based territory, prospecting independently, and maintaining consistent follow-up with prospective customers.

Tech-Savvy:

• Proficiency with CRM systems (such as Luxor, Dash, or similar tools) and Microsoft Office applications.

Schedule & Location

Schedule : Full-Time, Monday – Friday

Location :Based out of our Amityville, NY office.

Travel : This is a field-based Sales & Estimating position requiring daily local travel for **client meetings, job-site assessments, estimating, and networking events** throughout the Five Boroughs and Long Island.
