Field-Based Rapid Rehousing Case Manager
First Presbyterian Church
The First Presbyterian Church of Dallas is seeking a RRH Case Manager to support the Street to Home Initiative, collaborating with Housing Forward and other partners to end homelessness. You will provide case management to individuals and families who are homeless or at risk, helping them find and maintain housing and achieve independence. This grant-funded role requires field-based work, ongoing housing stability, income acquisition, and self-determination for participants. #J-18808-Ljbffr First Presbyterian Church
