APTD Substrates Factory Engineer

Responsibilities Provide factory support by troubleshooting and maintaining Facilities Point of Contact (POC) to Tool Point of Contact (POC) system issues (e.g., Exhaust, Drains, PCW, etc.) Lead Factory Safety, Quality and Upgrade projects. Address Facilities POC to Tool POC issues. Facilitate Trades Resources and Support to fix any Factory Safety or Quality Issues. Lead Factory Infrastructure Projects, including Exhaust Verification, CO2 Fire Suppression PMs, Improving Lighting, Tac Ops Room Sound, and installing cameras inside tools. Lead and coordinate Factory Upgrade/Downtime Events. Lead micro‑contamination and ESD programs in the factory. Provide support for Factory support equipment (Fridges, Lifts, Airborne Counters, etc.). Desired Qualities Problem‑solving and equipment troubleshooting skills. Advanced communication skills with the willingness to effectively interact with peers, engineers, and customers. Flexibility and efficiency in handling new tasks. Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to rapidly changing priorities. Self‑starter, willing to manage own activities and support team activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related discipline with at least one year of relevant experience; OR a Master’s degree in one of these disciplines with at least one year of experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing or Equipment Engineering. Hands‑on and troubleshooting experience with manufacturing equipment (preferred).
