How You'll Make an Impact Guide customers through Spectrum products and services to ensure a seamless experience from welcome to checkout Apply sales strategies toidentifyopportunities and achieve sales goals Educate customers and provide solutions tailored to their needs with comprehensive knowledge of Spectrum offerings Support store leadership and team members byassistingwith inventory control, cashmanagementand handling escalations Mentor Store Specialists by sharing sales expectations,toolsand resources Maintain store appearance according to planogram directives and accurately process payment transactions Provide constructive feedback to store leadershipregardingsales opportunities and operations Working Conditions Operate in a retail environment with moderate noise Required to wear a uniform Required Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent Experience 1-2 years of sales experience 1-2 years of customer service experience Skills Ability to read, write and speak English Basic mathproficiency Ability to work scheduled shift hours and overtime as needed Stand for prolonged periods andlift upto 35lbs Communicate clearly and professionally with employees,customersand suppliers in person, by phone and in writing Demonstrate self-motivation and a competitive drive to exceed sales goals Carry a positive and professional demeanor Pay attention to detail and solve problems effectively Use computers and software applications Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment Prioritize, organizeeffectivelyand work independently Preferred Qualifications Skills Familiarity with the latest technology and devices #LI-NT1 SRL103 2026-75515 2026 The base pay for this position generally is between $18.00 and $27.70 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses. In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $9,360 .
