46-Bed ED 12 operating suites,

Back-up Specialties: Trauma, General Surgery, Ortho, OBGYN, Vascular, Urology, Neurosurgery, Cardiology

38 hours of physician coverage; 7a-7p, 11a-9p, 3p-1a, 9p-7a

Cardiology Procedures: 7,564

Bariatric Surgeries: 360

Robotic Surgeries: 688

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Immunizations: PPD/FLU/COVID

CME: 48 total CMEs required in past 2 years - within the 48 total - need 9 trauma CMEs for past 3 years.

Case Logs: 2 years

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

ACLS
ATLS
Board Certified
