Position: EMT – Home-Based, Non-Emergency Role
We’re hiring experienced EMTs / Medical Asst for home visits focused on health assessments and quality screenings for geriatric patients. You’ll work independently after training and meet with geriatric patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings and quality measures for geriatric patients
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners as needed
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in home settings
• No prior screening experience required – we provide training

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• EMT experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, sensitive approach to patient care
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting at $25+/hour, based on experience
• Bonuses
• Part-time with potential for full-time

• Transportation Requirements:

This position requires travel to patient's homes. Candidates must possess:

• A valid driver's license.
• A current vehicle registration.
• A personally owned, reliable vehicle available for business use.
• Proof of automobile insurance/license meeting Massachusetts minimum requirements.

The ability to travel independently to assigned work locations is an essential function of this position.
