Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Obtain and record initial patient assessment and set priorities based on age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs.

Re-assess patients systematically to identify progress and trends requiring intervention.

Develop and implement a measurable and individualized plan of care within established standards.

Make comprehensive nursing decisions based on interpreting facts and evaluating patient outcomes.

Participate in patient and family health education and discharge planning.

Implement and document timely interventions appropriate for patient needs.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.

Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license.

Current BLS Certification from AHA required.

Current ACLS Certification from AHA required.

Current TNCC Certification required.

Strong knowledge and skills appropriate for the age/type of the patient population served.
