Role Description Wyandot USA, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Manager for a full‑time, on‑site position in Marion, OH. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits management, and performance evaluation processes. Responsibilities include shaping HR policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, coordinating employee training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws. The role serves as an advisor to leadership and employees to address workplace challenges and promote organizational growth. Starting Pay $70,000 - $100,000 Qualifications Strong HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration Knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR policy development Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and promoting workplace inclusivity Proficiency in performance evaluation, employee engagement, and talent management Effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification preferred) Previous experience in the manufacturing or food production industry is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket.dev
