Key Responsibilities Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff conflicts, policy questions, and performance or disciplinary issues. Benefits & Payroll Administration: Administer health insurance, retirement plans (e.g., 401k), and leave requests (FMLA/OFLA), while coordinating with the finance team on payroll processing.
