You'll work with program managers and task leads to build an actionable plan for your client to secure the funding needed to achieve their goals. Using your knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies, you'll provide analytical support to your client for the development of well-formed requirements. Once the funding is in place, you'll make sure the funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and communication with program managers and task leads. The world can't wait.You Have:2+ years of experience executing Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy-ERP), completing Funds Allocation Request Forms (FARFs) in NAVSEA COBRA, or supporting Task Planning Sheets (TPS) in the NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS)Knowledge of Navy appropriations and financial processes, including the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) system and Navy POM processAbility to create reports that reflect financial planning and executionAbility to identify financial risks early and collaborate across technical teams to develop solutionsAbility to communicate financial insights effectivelySecret clearanceBachelor's degree in Finance or AccountingNice If You Have:Experience supporting a Navy Systems Command Program Management OfficeExperience developing spend plansKnowledge of the acquisition lifecycleAbility to mentor junior analysts or manage financial workstreamsCertified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) or DAWIA Business FM CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
