What You’ll Do Source, identify, and attract top talent within construction, manufacturing, and new industries Manage your own recruitment pipeline from sourcing to placement Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients Develop a deep understanding of industry needs and market trends Collaborate with team members to achieve shared targets and growth What We’re Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Motivated with a desire to grow and succeed Professional, dependable, and results-oriented Interest or background in construction, manufacturing, or emerging industries is a plus What We Offer Base Pay: $50,000 annually plus uncapped commission — the sky’s the limit!
