Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the Role Be visionary. Teledyne Technologies Incorporated provides enabling technologies for industrial growth markets that require advanced technology and high reliability. Key markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, environmental monitoring, electronics design, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration, medical imaging, and pharmaceutical research. We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins. This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 6–9 months, with the potential for a temp‑to‑hire opportunity. Responsibilities Assist with candidate screening, interview scheduling, communications, and travel logistics. Assist with visitor requests for on‑site interviews. Support recruiters with job postings, requisition tracking, and ATS workflow. Track and process background checks and related pre‑employment requirements. Coordinate onboarding activities and pre‑/post‑hire documentation. Act as a recruiting liaison between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR. Maintain accurate recruiting records, reports, and audit documentation. Assist with creation, review, and auditing of job descriptions. Support recruiting events, hiring initiatives, and TA projects. Help improve recruiting processes and tools across the organization. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information. Professional communication skills (written and verbal). 1–3 years related experience. Prior Talent Acquisition or recruiting coordination experience. Experience with Workday Software or other comparable talent system. Fluency in French to support Canadian Talent Acquisition (preferred). Benefits Meaningful work supporting space‑focused technology programs. Exposure to end‑to‑end Talent Acquisition operations.
