Role Description
Huge is looking for a Freelance Solutions Architect (Sitecore) to support complex digital initiatives, leading backend architecture and ensuring scalable, high-quality implementations.
- Lead backend architecture for Sitecore-based solutions (on-prem)
- Define and support scalable component and system design
- Collaborate across design and development sprints to ensure end-to-end delivery
- Work closely with frontend teams to enable headless and integrated architectures
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Ensure quality, scalability, and performance across implementations
Qualifications
- Strong experience with Sitecore on-prem (mandatory)
- Hands-on expertise with Sitecore Experience Edge and GraphQL (critical)
- Proven experience in solution architecture and backend design
- Familiarity with React and/or Next.js in headless architectures (preferred)
- Experience working in client-facing environments
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
