*Up to a $1,000 Sign on Bonus Available* Baptist Health is hiring an experienced Office Specialist for the Flex Team. This position is Full-Time Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.. The primary Responsibility for the Office Specialist is to provide business services for patients and the healthcare system. The Float Pool provides coverage for all offices within Primary Care. There are a few primary benefits to working in this department. The first is schedule flexibility. This is very popular for candidates who need personal variations in their schedule or who are currently attending school to move up in Baptist. Float staff also get to learn a little bit about different offices, giving them varied experiences. Finally, Float Pool offers a higher pay than other departments.
