Job Responsibilities

• Cultivate Personalized Therapy Plans: Assess patients' requirements and design tailored treatment programs to help them achieve their functional aspirations.

• Engage with Interdisciplinary Partners: Collaborate effectively with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to facilitate comprehensive, holistic healing.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their families on therapy practices to encourage progression beyond the clinic.
• Assess and Document Progress: Record clinical developments and modify treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring patients are on the right path.

Education

• Diploma in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
• Ongoing education or additional certifications are welcomed and supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
