Job Responsibilities

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and create individualized therapy strategies aimed at achieving their functional aspirations.

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work in tandem with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide integrated and comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers on therapy practices that foster continued progress outside of clinical settings.
• Monitor Progress and Outcomes: Carefully document patient developments and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to stay on track.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited academic institution.
• Encouragement for continuing education and post-graduate certifications.

Licensing and Certification

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is necessary.
