Project Coordinator / Operations Analyst

The HR Process Documentation & Operations Analyst will focus on documenting, organizing, and maintaining operational processes within the Benefits organization. This individual will work closely with business partners to capture current-state workflows, improve documentation quality, and ensure operational knowledge is clearly documented. While the role includes some analytical work, its primary focus is process documentation, workflow management, and operational support. Key Responsibilities Create, update, and maintain process documentation for HR and Benefits operations Document business workflows, procedures, and operational standards Partner with HR, Benefits, and cross-functional teams to capture existing processes Organize documentation into standardized formats that support operational consistency Assist with process improvement initiatives and identify documentation gaps Support operational readiness for system changes and new initiatives Review documentation for accuracy and completeness Assist with data validation and reporting as needed Support project managers and business stakeholders with documentation deliverables Qualifications Strong organizational and documentation abilities Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously Comfortable interviewing stakeholders and translating discussions into formal documentation Preferred Qualifications Experience creating SOPs, process maps, workflow documentation, or knowledge articles HR Operations or HRIS experience Experience supporting enterprise projects Familiarity with Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft Ideal Background Business Analyst Process Analyst Documentation Specialist Operations Analyst HR Operations Analyst HRIS Analyst with strong documentation experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Juno Search Partners, LLC
