ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals to support a school district near Raytown, MO . This is a full-time opportunity to make a meaningful impact by assisting students in both academic and behavioral growth within the classroom setting.

Position Details:

• Location: Near Raytown, MO
• Student Population: K–12
• Schedule: Full-time (approximately 35–40 hours per week)
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
• Contract:
  • Immediate start for the current school year
  • Renewal anticipated for the upcoming school year

Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional and behavioral support to students in the classroom
• Assist teachers with lesson implementation and classroom management
• Support students one-on-one or in small group settings
• Help students with social, emotional, and daily learning needs
• Maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children preferred
• Experience in a school or special education setting is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patience, reliability, and a passion for supporting student success
• Ability to follow direction and adapt to student needs
