Location Main Street,Jenkintown, PA, 19046,United States Base Pay $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 / Year Employee Type Full Time Required Degree 4 Year Degree Travel 50% Manage Others Yes We're looking for a dedicated Program Director to lead operations across our Community Living Arrangement (CLA) homes serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll ensure person-centered, dignified care while maintaining full compliance with PA 6400 regulations and ODP standards. Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's in human services, social work, psychology, or related field 2+ years in IDD services 1+ year supervisory or leadership experience Knowledge of PA 6400 regulations and ODP requirements Proficiency in Therap or similar systems Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Experience as Program Specialist or Assistant Program Director Certification in Positive Behavior Support (PBS) or ABA Representative Payee experience What You'll Do Oversee daily operations and compliance across assigned CLA homes Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate Direct Support Professionals Monitor ISP and BSP implementation with interdisciplinary teams Ensure timely, accurate documentation in Therap Coordinate medical care, medication oversight, and health monitoring Manage petty cash, individual funds, and home operating budgets Investigate and report incidents per ODP requirements Conduct safety drills and ensure homes are safe and well-maintained Attend ISP meetings and advocate for individuals' rights and goals Be available 24/7 for program emergencies across assigned homes #J-18808-Ljbffr
