Culver, City CA – onsite 3 days per week 12+ month contract Summary The Central Marketing Operations team plays a key role in enabling on-device communications and automated messaging across a portfolio of media products and services. This team is responsible for developing and executing in-app messaging campaigns that reach millions of users globally across services. We are seeking a self‑motivated, curious, and detail‑oriented professional to support the day‑to‑day operational workflows of Central Marketing. This individual will collaborate cross‑functionally with Strategy, Product, Engineering, and Business teams to develop and launch multi‑channel customer communications that drive awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention across Services products. As the subject matter expert for customer journey orchestration, the ideal candidate will be able to think strategically, execute flawlessly, and effectively partner across a highly matrixed organization. Key Qualifications 7–10 years of lifecycle marketing experience building and launching customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives. Hands‑on experience with CRM/ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), Braze, or Oracle Responsys. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a high aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking. SQL experience preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work on time. Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, with a willingness to navigate ambiguity and overcome obstacles. Ability to remain calm under pressure, develop contingency plans, make sound decisions, and pivot quickly in a fast‑paced environment. Strong collaboration skills with a team‑first mentality and consideration for cross‑functional partners. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations, email, and collaboration tools such as Slack. Passion for digital products and services. Responsibilities Develop, test, deploy, and optimize customer journeys and lifecycle marketing campaigns. Assess business objectives, platform capabilities, audience requirements, and data needs to deliver effective customer communications. Partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Strategy, and Business teams to execute large‑scale global marketing initiatives. Ensure operational plans, deliverables, dependencies, and risks are effectively communicated and managed throughout the campaign lifecycle. Monitor campaign performance and operational integrity, identifying issues and partnering with internal teams to resolve them. Leverage A/B testing and experimentation to optimize customer engagement and drive incremental growth. Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, operational efficiency, processes, and marketing technology tools. Create and maintain best‑practice documentation, playbooks, and knowledge resources to support team enablement and training. Education Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Hourly pay rate range for this position is $67 to $75.37 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
