Key Responsibilities\n

• Establishing a positive and trusting rapport with clients, ensuring they feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings.

• Diagnosing mental health disorders through comprehensive assessments and contributing to the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with individuals and groups, employing therapeutic modalities that best suit client needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Regularly meeting with clients to provide ongoing counseling and adjust treatment plans in response to their evolving needs and circumstances.

• Conducting continuous assessments of client progress, documenting sessions meticulously, and maintaining accurate treatment records using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a wide range of individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will play a crucial role in supporting clients from diverse backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults, enabling them to build resilience and improve their emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
