Established Jupiter, Florida estate planning and real estate practice is seeking an experienced

Associate Attorney who is compassionate, self-motivated and hard-working with a strong

commitment to stellar work and client service.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• • Meet with clients regarding their estate planning goals, family dynamics, and financial

• circumstances and provide counsel regarding recommended estate planning.

• • Draft estate plan documents including Revocable Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, Special

• Needs Trusts, Wills and Advance Directives.

• • Manage probate and trust administrations from initiation through closure, including

• guiding clients and beneficiaries with empathy throughout the process and drafting court

• pleadings.

• • With minimal supervision, lead and take ownership and responsibility for client work

• from initial meeting through completion with a strong commitment to timeliness and

• client-focused accurate work.

• • Supervise and mentor paralegal team.

Applicant requirements:

• • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• • Admission to the Florida Bar.

• • Must have minimum 2 years experience in estate planning.

• • Exceptional skill and efficiency in drafting high quality estate planning documents.

• • Experience in trust and estate administration.

• • Experience leading client meetings.

• • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple diverse client legal matters with minimal

• supervision, timeliness and accuracy.

• • Must be ambitious, motivated, hard-working and a self-starter.

• • High-level organizational and time-management skills, with meticulous attention to

• detail.

• • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

• • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.

• • Strong research and analytical skills.

• • Proficient in Lawgic and Lexis Nexis.
