Responsibilities The RN Nurse Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring high‑quality, compassionate care for residents while supporting the nursing team. By fostering strong communication, clinical excellence, and staff development, the RN helps maintain a safe and supportive environment for both residents and employees. Their leadership directly impacts health outcomes and team morale.
