Role Summary ROLE SUMMARY As a Studio Manager (SM), you live your power by delivering a world class CorePower Yoga experience, including leading the operations of a yoga studio, coaching and inspiring the CPY classroom experience, creating a premium sensory in‑studio yoga experience (clean and safe) for the community, and training a team of world class yoga teachers and mindful leaders. You build, grow, and lead a team of teachers and studio experience team members who collectively foster a Core Values culture. You work alongside your District Manager to deliver results and sustained growth towards all current company and studio‑level goals. Essential Job Duties Be a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga in the studio and market. Own all processes related to the day‑to‑day operations of the studio, including leading the teaching team and Studio Coordinators, and partnering with the local sales team to generate membership leads and achieve studio membership goals. Recruit, train, onboard teachers and staff accurately according to class count goal. Meet and exceed performance targets related to membership, teacher training revenue, class count, attendance, client retention and net promoter score (NPS). Lead and recruit for Teacher Training (TT) programs (200HR, 50HR, intensives) to support teacher recruitment and revenue. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams as needed to support business priorities. Foster a community of Teachers and Studio Experience Team (SET) to consistently deliver an excellent studio and class experience. Stabilize the growth of the studio during the post‑opening period and throughout its lifetime, maintaining revenue, profitability, and cultural growth that support regional and company initiatives. Commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week, primarily in‑studio, with flexibility for additional hours and availability on at least one weekend day per week. Teach a minimum of four classes, in multiple formats, per week to support studio success and a student‑centric schedule. Ensure consistent communication and enforcement of all CorePower Yoga policies, initiatives, and protocols to staff members, aligning with Core Values, the Employee Handbook, and organizational standards. Partner with the analytics team to design the best schedule for the community based on attendance data and student preferences. Education, Skills & Qualifications Minimum of two years’ experience in a studio manager role or equivalent leadership position. Facilitation and training experience required; 200HR certification preferred. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for community growth and a drive to exceed key performance metrics such as membership, teacher training revenue, class count, client satisfaction, and retention. Exhibits strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with diverse personalities and organizational levels. Demonstrates the ability to work under multiple deadlines with a solutions‑oriented, nimble approach, especially during new studio construction timelines. Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. The Fine Print 5‑6 days a week, 40+ hours a week, including at least one weekend day. Availability must match business needs and leadership schedules. Ability to move around the studio space, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs is required. Must be able to step in to teach any class format with little to no notice. Compensation ranges from $58,000 to $66,000 annually.
