Teamlead - Project Management

Professional Teamlead – Las Vegas, USA We are a fast‑growing project management company based in Las Vegas seeking an experienced and dynamic Teamlead to join our team. As a Teamlead you will be responsible for leading a team of project managers and ensuring the successful completion of projects within agreed timelines and budgets. Key responsibilities include: Lead a team of project managers and oversee all project activities. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with team members. Monitor progress against project deliverables and take corrective actions as needed. Communicate regularly with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed. Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for improvement. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices within the team. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Teamlead or similar role in project management. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; PMP certification is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Experience using project‑management tools/software such as Asana or Trello. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members from diverse backgrounds.
