Work Environment

This Nurse Practitioner position is based in our onsite outpatient office, where the setting is designed to foster collaboration and patient engagement. You will have a structured schedule, typically working 12-hour shifts that total approximately 36 to 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately diagnose a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions, drawing on your extensive clinical expertise.
• Collaboratively develop and implement comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans with physicians and other healthcare specialists to optimize patient outcomes.
• Utilize diagnostic tools effectively by ordering, performing, and interpreting tests while prescribing appropriate medications and therapies.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management strategies, medication adherence, and important post-discharge care instructions to ensure continuity and understanding of care.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary rounds, contributing to discussions on patient care strategies and improving overall care quality.
• Maintain accurate, detailed electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to evidence-based practice guidelines to enhance patient safety and care efficiency.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in healthcare technologies, methodologies, and regulatory changes to continually improve personal practice and patient care.

In this role, you will cater to a diverse patient population, ranging from young adults to the elderly, who present various acute and chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A current and valid Nurse Practitioner certification.
• An active state nursing license in Texas.

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in outpatient or primary care.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 220,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
