Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive health assessments and screenings for individuals and families, identifying acute and chronic health issues early for effective management.
• Diagnose and manage a variety of medical conditions, with a strong emphasis on preventive care and health promotion strategies.
• Develop collaborative relationships with local community organizations, working together to tailor and roll out health education initiatives that resonate with the populations served.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses primarily on serving a diverse client population in the Dallas area, including individuals from various socioeconomic backgrounds. You will work closely with families and underserved groups, addressing their unique healthcare challenges, and offering support in navigating the healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) and an active state nursing license for Texas.
• A Master's degree in nursing from an accredited institution is required.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, with a preference for backgrounds in community health or public health settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with a wide range of patient demographics.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 220,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
