Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Perks: Shift: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Payrate: $18 to $22/Hour Weekly paycheck Access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy ( with thousands of free upskilling courses Responsibilities: Conduct all shipping / receiving at the test laboratory. Identify and label incoming samples and create inventory records in the sample database. Compare shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and customer requests. Inspect incoming materials for damage and report discrepancies. Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, documentation, and coordination with carriers. Organize storage areas and move samples between labs as required. Manage retention, disposition, and archival of completed test samples. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, overhead cranes, scissor lifts, and other powered industrial equipment as authorized. Requirements: Forklift experience is required High school diploma or GED required. This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
