Product Design Lead - Human-Computer Interaction (HCI),

Job Description Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience). 10+ years of professional UX/Product Design experience. Minimum 1 year of experience leveraging AI tools within the design process. Strong expertise with Figma . Proven experience designing complex enterprise, B2B, SaaS, internal business applications, or consumer-facing products. Strong background in: User Experience Design Interaction Design Visual Design User Research Information Architecture Usability Testing Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to independently manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Portfolio showcasing recent enterprise-level UX and product design work.
