Through a multi-year digital transformation initiative, they're reimagining complex operational workflows with a focus on usability, scalability, and innovation.As a UX Lead, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of the company's flagship digital platform by designing end-to-end experiences for internal users across the loan lifecycle. This is a highly collaborative individual contributor role where you'll partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Operations to simplify complex business processes into intuitive, scalable workflows. You'll have the opportunity to influence product strategy, solve challenging UX problems, and create meaningful experiences that improve efficiency for thousands of employees while ultimately enhancing the customer experience.This is an excellent opportunity for a senior product designer who enjoys working on complex systems rather than consumer marketing pages.
