Backed by experienced operators and an ambitious product vision, the company is positioned to redefine how modern businesses interact with their finances.In this role, you'll own the design of core product experiences across an AI-first platform, partnering directly with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to solve highly complex user problems. You'll be responsible for designing experiences that make sophisticated financial data feel intuitive, approachable, and actionable while helping users confidently interact with AI-driven workflows. Rather than simply creating polished interfaces, you'll help shape product strategy, influence how AI and human collaboration work together, and design systems that continuously improve through customer interaction and feedback.This is a rare opportunity to become one of the earliest design hires at a high-growth technology company where design has a direct influence on product direction and business success. Required Skills & Experience 3–5 years of Product Design experience, including full ownership of a product or major feature from concept through launch Strong experience designing complex B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software products Demonstrated ability to create product experiences that improve user engagement, activation, retention, or other measurable business outcomes Experience using AI tools as part of your design workflow to improve efficiency, ideation, and execution Strong foundation in UX design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles Ability to simplify complex workflows and translate technical concepts into intuitive user experiences High level of proficiency with Figma, design systems, prototyping, and developer handoff Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate across Product and Engineering teams Desired Skills & Experience Experience with HTML, CSS, Tailwind, or front-end development concepts Comfortable collaborating closely with engineers and contributing to implementation discussions Previous experience designing AI-powered products or intelligent workflow software Experience within fintech, financial services, or other data-intensive industries Passion for user research, experimentation, and iterative product development Experience partnering with commercial teams and customers to validate ideas through testing and feedback Entrepreneurial mindset with experience working at early-stage startups or fast-growing technology companies Strong systems thinking with the ability to design scalable, reusable product experiences What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities Own product design initiatives from early discovery through final implementation across the company's AI-powered platform Design intuitive workflows that simplify complex financial processes and improve the customer experience Create user experiences that effectively communicate AI-generated insights while building customer trust and confidence Develop interaction patterns that encourage user feedback and continuously improve AI-driven product experiences Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams to define product strategy and prioritize customer needs Design wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and production-ready design specifications Contribute to and evolve the company's design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform Conduct user research, gather customer feedback, and iterate on designs based on real-world usage and product analytics Balance long-term product vision with rapid iteration in a fast-paced startup environment Help establish the design culture, processes, and product philosophy as one of the company's earliest design team members The Offer You will receive the following benefits:Competitive Base Salary Performance Bonus Equity Participation Medical Insurance Dental Benefits Vision Benefits Paid Time Off HSA/FSA Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan Opportunity to work directly with founders and executive leadership Significant ownership within a rapidly growing AI fintech startup Opportunity to help define the product experience of a category-defining financial technology platformApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis now and in the future.#LI-JC8
