Job Duties Provide superior customer service as defined by Di Bruno Bros. within the scope of the position and Company policy Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment Assemble various products for shipment Ensure that the correct number and type of product is loaded to be shipped Notify supervisor immediately of any shortages Carry or transport orders to shipping area Manufacturing experience, food production using knives preferred Maintain the highest level of standards in all cutting and product preparation and preservation In a timely fashion, organize, prepare, and fill food orders according to company specifications and recipes Able to work in a clean, organized, and efficient manner Demonstrate strong communication skills with peers and collaborate with team members Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products Repack any orders that require such handling as necessary Meet Company standards for productivity Ensure that inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage Basic computer literacy Report any necessary equipment maintenance to immediate supervisor Conduct physical inventories as required Ensure that all federal, state, local and Company regulations and standards for product freshness, safety, refrigeration, sanitation and weights and measures are met Maintain a neat, clean and orderly work area Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards and conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety Perform additional duties as assigned Must have early hours availability Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of food production experience Ability to read, count accurately and perform simple math for completion of order filling Ability to communicate clearly with co-workers and Supervisor Ability to follow directions accurately Our Core Values We attribute much of our success to our Core Values both as a company and as individuals.
