Structured Cabling Technicians Needed! Join a Major Data Center Build in New Albany, OH $25/hr | Contract-to-Hire | Tools Provided | Immediate Opportunities Available Are you a Cable Technician, Low Voltage Technician, or Structured Cabling Installer looking to get your foot in the door with a large-scale data center project? This is your chance to work on one of the most high-profile infrastructure builds in the region while gaining valuable experience in the growing data center industry. We're looking for Tech I and Tech II level technicians who have experience with structured cabling and are ready to join a fast-paced team environment. What You'll Be Doing Pulling, routing, dressing, and labeling Cat5e/Cat6 cable Assisting with RJ45 terminations and patch panel installations Performing cable identification and labeling Completing basic punch-downs for telecom blocks Supporting cable testing using Fluke and other testing equipment Fiber optic cable handling and dressing Maintaining a safe and organized job site Working alongside experienced technicians on large-scale installations What We're Looking For Experience with structured cabling installations Familiarity with Cat5e/Cat6 cable systems Experience pulling and dressing cable in commercial or data center environments Ability to work in construction environments Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team Work Environment Large-scale Data Center Construction Project Indoor commercial construction setting Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology infrastructure Career growth potential through contract-to-hire conversion Available Shifts 1st Shift 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM 2nd Shift 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM Flexibility to work either shift is highly preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to work on ladders and at heights Comfortable working in confined spaces Lift up to 50 lbs and move up to 75 lbs Ability to distinguish cable colors and read labels/schematics Why Apply? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
