Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Tele-Mind, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Establishing positive, trusting relationships with clients to create a safe space for open dialogue.

• Diagnosing and treating a range of mental health disorders, utilizing therapeutic modalities suitable for individual and family therapy.

• Developing tailored, individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of clients’ needs, incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Conducting regular counseling sessions, maintaining a consistent schedule for client follow-up and support.
\n
• Utilizing outcome measures to conduct ongoing assessments of client progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to refer clients to additional services when appropriate.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
