What You'll Learn And Do This is a hands-on sales role where you'll learn the insurance business while actively working with new and existing customers. Connect with prospective clients through leads, referrals, and outreach Learn how to uncover client needs and recommend appropriate coverage Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products Follow up with prospects and confidently guide conversations toward a sale Build relationships with clients and become a trusted resource for their insurance needs Identify additional coverage opportunities with existing customers Manage your leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline using agency systems Work toward individual production goals while developing your skills Who We're Looking For We care just as much about your mindset and potential as your previous job title.
