Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois (IL)
• Demonstrated experience managing G-tubes, tracheostomy, and ventilator care
• Prior critical care experience preferred
• Current resume and applicable certifications required upon application
• LPNs are not eligible for this assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet the assigned preschool student at their home (approx. 12:30PM)
• Provide safe, expert care during bus transit to and from school
• Deliver 1:1 nursing for a student with medical device needs throughout the school day
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to ensure a supportive learning environment
• Maintain accurate health records and clear communication with the student’s family and healthcare providers
