Qualifications:

• Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Previous experience with G-tube, trach, and ventilator care required
• Prior critical care experience highly preferred
• Must provide license/certification and resume with application
• LPNs are not eligible for this position

Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care for a preschool student (G-tube, trach, vent)
• Meet at student’s home at 12:30 PM, accompany student on bus to and from school
• Deliver care during transport and throughout the school day
• Maintain thorough documentation and communication with healthcare and school teams
• Ensure the highest standards of safety and care
