Key Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse license in Illinois (required)
• Experience with G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilator-dependent care (required)
• Prior critical care background preferred
• Ability to provide 1:1 clinical support to a preschool-aged student
• Must include current licensure/certification and resume with application

Role Responsibilities:

• Meet the student at their home, accompany them to and from school via bus
• Deliver dedicated, compassionate care throughout the school day
• Manage medical equipment (G-tube, trach, ventilator) and respond to any emergent needs
• Communicate proactively with educational and healthcare teams
