We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing top talent across various departments and levels. Your expertise in talent management, employer branding, and candidate engagement will ensure we attract and hire the best candidates to support our organizational growth. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for diverse roles, including technical, executive, campus, and internal positions, utilizing innovative sourcing strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines efficiently and ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and evaluate cultural fit through structured interview techniques and competency-based assessments.
- Negotiate employment offers, contracts, and employment terms while ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws.
- Manage talent sourcing channels including social media platforms, job boards, employee referrals, and cold calling to generate quality leads.
- Support onboarding processes by coordinating employee orientation sessions and facilitating smooth transitions for new hires.
- Engage in employer branding initiatives on social media management platforms to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, employee evaluations, and HRIS data using systems.
- Participate in succession planning and talent development programs to foster internal growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or human resources recruiting with a strong understanding of recruiting best practices across multiple channels.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively and build lasting relationships.
- Demonstrated proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, or PeopleSoft; familiarity with HRIS systems like Kronos or ADP is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant offer negotiations.
- Experience in technical recruiting, executive search, campus recruitment, and sales is highly desirable.
- Ability to research market trends and leverage social media management tools for talent sourcing and employer branding efforts.
- Knowledge of HR functions including employee relations, contracts management, employee orientation, performance evaluations, and training & development initiatives.
- Adept at relationship management with internal stakeholders and external candidates alike; capable of cold calling when necessary to generate leads.
