Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for diverse roles, including technical, executive, campus, and internal positions, utilizing innovative sourcing strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines efficiently and ensure a seamless hiring process.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and evaluate cultural fit through structured interview techniques and competency-based assessments.
• Negotiate employment offers, contracts, and employment terms while ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws.
• Manage talent sourcing channels including social media platforms, job boards, employee referrals, and cold calling to generate quality leads.
• Support onboarding processes by coordinating employee orientation sessions and facilitating smooth transitions for new hires.
• Engage in employer branding initiatives on social media management platforms to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, employee evaluations, and HRIS data using systems.
• Participate in succession planning and talent development programs to foster internal growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or human resources recruiting with a strong understanding of recruiting best practices across multiple channels.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively and build lasting relationships.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, or PeopleSoft; familiarity with HRIS systems like Kronos or ADP is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant offer negotiations.
• Experience in technical recruiting, executive search, campus recruitment, and sales is highly desirable.
• Ability to research market trends and leverage social media management tools for talent sourcing and employer branding efforts.
• Knowledge of HR functions including employee relations, contracts management, employee orientation, performance evaluations, and training & development initiatives.
• Adept at relationship management with internal stakeholders and external candidates alike; capable of cold calling when necessary to generate leads.
