Job Title: School Paraprofessional (Special Education Support)
Location: Norco, CA
Pay: $22/hour
Position Overview:
We are hiring a School Paraprofessional in Norco, CA to support students in special education and behavior-focused classrooms . This role is ideal for individuals with a caregiver, healthcare aide, or classroom support background looking to transition into school-based work.
Responsibilities:
- Support students in academic and behavioral instruction
- Assist teachers with classroom management and daily activities
- Implement IEP goals and individualized student supports
- Provide 1:1 and small group assistance as needed
- Help reinforce positive behavior strategies
Qualifications:
- Experience as a caregiver, DSP, behavioral aide, or paraprofessional preferred
- Background in special education, ABA, or behavioral support is a plus
- Strong patience, communication, and teamwork skills
