About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Franchise Sales to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting franchise brand offerings, maintaining relationships with existing franchisees, and acting as a leader in the development of franchise growth and partnerships. This role involves working with business brokers and consultants, attending trade shows, and conducting virtual meetings with prospects. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated individual with a strong background in business ownership or outside transactional sales, and while franchise sales experience is a plus, it is not required. The role demands a high level of energy, the ability to work under pressure, and a passion for helping others succeed. Applicants for the Regional Vice President - Franchise Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant field, a strong CRM system experience, and the ability to achieve and exceed goals. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and the candidate must be eligible for a driver's license with valid automobile insurance. Proficiency in MS Office products, schedule flexibility, and a willingness to travel up to 50% are also essential. The role is ideal for individuals who are motivated by financial success, enjoy a challenge, and are adept at building and maintaining professional relationships.
