Operations Manager

Operations Manager – Magna (Full‑time, Permanent) Annual Salary: $140,000.00. The Operations Manager is responsible for continuous improvement in production key measure performance and customer satisfaction within the plant, and for ensuring adequate staffing and training to execute production operations. Key Responsibilities Continuous improvement of production key metrics and customer satisfaction. Ensure adequate staffing and training for production. Perform various administrative, technical, and customer‑service tasks across assigned business units. Provide office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects. Serve as the principal adviser on administrative and operational matters. Create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. Qualifications Experience in automated welding operations (required). Previous experience in operations management or related role.
