What You Bring

Ability to cook in any kitchen, cover any service, and execute production, preparation, plating, and garnishing at a luxury standard

Strong leadership presence that motivates, encourages, and provides constructive feedback

Daily tasting and review skills to ensure flawless quality and consistency

Flexibility, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining elevated culinary standards
Responsibilities

Manage line cooks and assist with weekly labor schedules, communication, and distribution of kitchen information

Administer and coordinate kitchen operations, ensuring accurate scheduling, payroll, and employee documentation

Analyze daily operation reports, track inventory, place orders, and monitor equipment maintenance while upholding all health and safety codes

Maintain impeccable food quality through daily tasting, recipe development, menu support, and consistent presentation
