Sr Analyst, CDC - Tucson, AZ

Position Overview The Classified Document Control (CDC) office provides classification management oversight in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations. Responsibilities include processing DD254s, maintaining classified data integrity in Access Commander, compiling metrics, managing classified documents/media, handling receipt and dispatch of classified material, packing, shipping and managing customer requests through the Global Security Services Request System (GSSRS), conducting security briefings, and training employees on classified information handling. The CDC team also ensures compliance with NISP, NISPOM, DoD directives and other governmental regulations. U.S. citizenship is required and an active DoD Secret clearance is required on day one. What You Will Do Interface with government customers and Raytheon employees at all levels Work as a team member Support GSS security projects, policy reviews, and all government assessments Perform accountability of all classified material on the site Conduct access briefings for Raytheon employees Provide customer training to properly handle classified material Qualifications You Must Have University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of two years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field Experience working with NISP, NISPOM, DoD directives, policies, regulations, executive orders, and CFRs Data management experience Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Qualifications We Prefer Current Top‑Secret clearance Knowledge of classification management processes, including control and accountability of classified material, Access Commander, and NISS In‑depth knowledge of the NISPOM Detail orientation in a fast‑paced, high‑stress environment Knowledge of NSA destruction requirements for classified and sensitive material Knowledge of caveats, handling requirements, and associated markings for NATO, FGI, RD, and CNWDI Experience with Contract Security Classification Specifications (DD Form 254) Excellent interpersonal, writing, speaking, analytical, organizational, and customer service skills Ability to develop solutions for issues of moderate complexity and scope Ability to develop, administer, and execute office/organizational directives and procedures Self‑starter capable of working with limited supervision and guidance Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Organizational skills including attention to detail, time management, and multitasking What We Offer Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. Salary and Benefits The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD – 131,100 USD.
