Disposition Manager roles and responsibilities includes

-building an investor buyer list using social media, property data, and by attending networking events

-cold calling to grow buyers list

-outreach to buyers list to gain interest in available properties

-attending walkthroughs at properties with investors

-receiving offers and negotiating with investors

-ensuring investor buyers are on track and have documents needed to close on time
