1st Year Earnings: $80,000 - $90,000+

2nd Year Earnings: $100,000 - $110,000+

Due to continued growth, they are seeking multiple Inside Sales Representatives to join their Charlotte, NC team.

 

What You'll Be Doing

This is a true business development role focused on generating new business and enrolling home builders into the company's industry-leading warranty program.

Responsibilities include:

• Prospecting and developing new business opportunities
• Conducting outbound calls to builders and decision makers
• Building relationships with prospective clients
• Managing a sales pipeline from lead generation through close
• Presenting solutions and communicating program benefits
• Meeting and exceeding sales activity and enrollment goals
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process

 

Note: Once a client is enrolled, ongoing account management is handled by a dedicated Relationship Manager, allowing you to focus on new business development.
