What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient and some inpatient Gastroenterology care, including procedures like EGD, colonoscopies, and ERCP
• Perform advanced procedures such as stent placements, biopsies, and hemostasis
• Manage a diverse patient population, including those with complex needs or compliance issues
• Collaborate with support staff and other providers to ensure quality patient care
• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic GI procedures, including motility studies and pH monitoring
• Respond to emergency consults within 30 minutes when offsite, 12 hours for routine situations
• Maintain patient documentation and adhere to facility protocols

What You Need

• Maryland, Kentucky, or eligible medical license
• Board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
